Support Groups By Cambridgeshire Based Drug Rehab Cambridgeshire
We want anyone affected by someone else's drug or alcohol use to have the chance to be part of a loving and supportive family, benefit from healthy relationships, and enjoy mental and physical wellbeing.
Drug and alcohol addiction may endanger and eventually damage family bonds and security.
We have frontline workers who help family members take control and stop what is happening.
We do realize that discrimination and shaming are obstacles towards the path of recovery and can inflict damages; we endeavour to deal with patients and their families impacted by drugs and alcohol abuse with utmost consideration and honour.
We spend time with families and caregivers and understand their view as they can provide good help since they confront challenges regularly.
So what we do is acknowledged by our supporters: using evidence and compassion we inform, support and empower both people affected by a loved one's substance misuse and the workers who support them. We build skills, pathways, confidence, and resources so both groups can help themselves, their peers, clients, and communities.
Thoughtful and diverse are the influence of material practice on domestic interactions and welfare. We know what works in the real world and model our approach to this.
To achieve this we take on a variety of facts, without taking too lightly the worth of first-hand experience and also official facts obtained from research. We are led by our companions, supporters and associates and the information they provide on what works best.
We Do Our Work Seriously
We deliver our work in a committed and serious way that is of the highest quality. Our aim is to develop a community free from disgrace towards medication and liquor abusers and their families, and we are determined to eliminate such evils from society.
The People We Work With
Families, colleagues and carers: We notify and enable those impacted by an individual's drug abuse and magnify their message to make sure they have a support in the problems which concerns them. By building the capability and confidence of practitioners we can ensure that the help and support they deliver is effective and worthwhile. We influence and engage key national and local decision-makers in shaping policy and ensuring they understand the problems the families we work with face every day.
